Customer Scheduling
Scheduling a Corlett Express pick-up should be one of the easiest things you do in your busy day! For your convenience, we now provide you with three ways to schedule a pick-up:
- Give us a call! Phoning in your shipment request has always been an easy way to provide us with your shipment details. Our phone service agents are superb in their attention to detail and overall service, so you can rely on them to process your requests quickly and efficiently!
- Live Chat is another great avenue if you’d rather input your shipment details while having the convenience of someone available to answer any questions!
- Our new online pick-up form enables you to provide us with all of your freight and shipment details — such as the weight of your freight and the time frame in which it will be available for pick-up — then you simply click submit! You can also complete the online bill of lading form and submit it directly to us, or simply print and fill it out yourself to be used as a packing list — your choice!
